At West Riding, the health and wellbeing of our customers and staff is our top priority. That’s why we have been following the government’s advice to introduce new COVID-19 safety measures to help you buy your next car safely and responsibly.

Changes you can expect in our showrooms:

  • 2-metre social distancing and one-way systems.
  • Virtual Reception Hubs.
  • Sanitiser and disposable gloves available on entry.
  • Customer waiting area and reception adapted for social distancing.
  • Protective screen guards.
  • Sanitised key deposit trays.
  • Contactless Payments.
  • Fully sanitised vehicles before and after handover.
  • Altered staff rotas to help maintain safe distancing.

Contacting & visiting our Dealerships

If you decide to visit one of our Dealerships, you’ll see we’ve introduced lots of safety measures to help keep you safe. Our showrooms have been adapted to help with social distancing and we’ve installed protective screens and now provided hand sanitation and gloves for all our customers.

We've also introduced services like Live Video Viewings, where we will walk you around the vehicle and give you time to ask any questions you may have. We will also complete any paperwork needed online whenever possible. However, if you prefer to speak to someone over the phone or in-store, our team is here to help.

New ways to buy your next car

In addition to Live Video Viewings, Our new Click & Collect Service makes buying your next car quick and easy. Simply choose the car you’re interested in and submit an enquiry, we will then be in touch to advise you on next steps, including to arrange for a personalised video of the car’s features to be sent to you, unaccompanied test drives and a preferred collection time.

All vehicles are available for our contact-free home delivery service and payments and paperwork can be done online or over the phone without needing to visit one of our Dealerships.

Service, MOT & Repairs

Our Aftersales centres are open as usual and are still providing all maintenance and warranty work such as Servicing, MOT and Repairs under a contact-free process, with each vehicle being fully sanitised after use. Our Aftersales Centres are by appointment only.

Courtesy Loan Vehicles are available for £5 and are fully sanitised after each use. Please Note: A scanned or printed copy of a Full UK Driving License is needed along with your National Insurance number for all Courtesy Loan Vehicle reservations.
